Use of this site
This site provides information about mold remediation in the Tallahassee area. Submitting the form creates no contract; none exists until a written scope is signed by both parties.
We are a remediator, not an assessor
Nothing on this site is offered as, or should be relied on as, a mold assessment within the meaning of Fla. Stat. § 468.8411. We do not perform physical sampling and we do not issue findings as to the origin, identity, location or extent of mold growth. Where such a determination is required, engage an independently licensed Florida mold assessor.
